Fish Club was inspired by the fishing traditions of the Mediterranean. Fishermen gathered after their days at sea to trade stories, share food and drink and celebrate the harvest and their livelihoods.
The Fish Club menu takes it a step further. You’ll find a variety of fish and shellfish preparations that draw upon coastal cultures worldwide (try a fresh catch off the restaurant’s signature Fish Dancer, a vertical rotisserie that “pirouettes” cooking fish). And as always, generous, tempting specialties of beef, game, poultry and vegetarian offerings abound when you crave a non-fish dish.
We use only the freshest, highest quality seafood—and only from sustainable stocks. Our emphasis on Northwest produce also ensures flavorful, seasonal dishes that translate beautifully into delicious entrees.
